Our School Council also presented awards to two members of our parent group for the years and years they have dedicated to volunteering here at the school - Julie Dufresne and Mindy Pumphrey. A big round of applause goes out to these two for all the amazing work they have put in over the years!
It is a special day when we can take the time to honour many of the volunteers that make École Good Shepherd School the amazing place that it is. From helping on school council, to reading with students, helping on field trips and organizing our hot lunch program… just to name a few, please know how much we recognize the huge contributions our parent volunteers make. Our Volunteer Tea is just a small way to say thank you.
Congratulations to our May Good Shepherd winners!! 💙💛

Get ready to support École Good Shepherd School during the Covet School's Out Contest this year! Starting May 25th until June 5th, you can order a Shepherd Summer Sparkler! This is the ultimate summer drink for Grizzlies! It starts with Lemonade and a blast of Blue Raspberry to get that perfect school blue. Then, we mix in a splash of Mountain Dew and a swirl of Mango Puree for a 'Grizzly Gold' look that tastes like sunshine. We even added Fresh Lime to make it super refreshing - it’s the best way to celebrate the end of the year!

This morning we had our students participating in a bus evacuation drill as they got to school. This is a great way to have students know the protocols just in case we ever run into an emergency situation. Great job Southland Transportation!
Our young authors were hard at work at the Authors’ Conference last weekend! ✍️📚 From creative ideas to inspiring stories, we are so proud of their imagination, dedication, and love of writing. The future of storytelling is bright! 🌟
