We just wanted to clarify something regarding Remembrance Day this year. Due to the fact that Remembrance Day lands on a weekend there is no day-in-lieu. We do have school on Monday and next week is a normal week of school.

Today was our first day with patrols out on Robinson Drive. Great job grade fives! They will be out there for the rest of the year making the crossing on Robinson Drive safe for all or pedestrians both before and after school. Drivers, please be extra careful out there as safety is everyone’s responsibility.

Get your costumes ready and your dance shoes on; it's time for our annual Halloween Dance! This Friday our Parent Council will be hosting a family dance here in the gym starting at 6:00. It's always a great time and an amazing opportunity to meet other families from around the school. We hope to see you there.

The grade 4 classes had a chance to attend mass yesterday and had Father Domingo bless their beautiful bibles!

Tonight is a great night to attend parent council! Mrs. Hempel will be sharing some highlights from the planning sessions for our new replacement school. Hope to see you there at 7 pm in the library!

Our kindergarten students had their first Forest Play Friday. They explored, created, played and observed in the Sheep River Valley. They saw a bald eagle, leaves falling and many seasonal changes. 🌍🙌 Thank You, Town of Okotoks, for a fun Presentation on Waste! 🙌🌍 During the presentation, the grade 4’s learned about the staggering amount of waste that ends up in landfills and learned about ways we can reduce our household waste. 🌍💚
