A Big Adventure: Our Kindergarteners traded the classroom for the firehall this week! From sitting in the driver's seat to learning about fire safety, it was a day they’ll never forget. 👩🚒🔥
Checking Out the Fun: Our 2nd graders have a "novel" way of spending their afternoon! Our library is full of incredible books for all our young readers.
Some things are worth melting for… apparently not the wig ❄️😂 #FrozenJr #BehindTheScenes #theatrefamily #techweek #comingsoon
Small Moments, Big Impact: At École Good Shepherd, education isn't just about the lesson plan; it's about the connection. We love seeing our educators meeting students right where they are and connecting about their learning.
“I can’t do nights” Arendelle needs us ❄️ March 26–28 can’t come soon enough!#FrozenJr #TechWeek #TheatreFamily #TheatreMagic
Our stage managers may or may not be here for the snacks… 👀🍿 But truly, we couldn’t do what we do without them (and our incredible crew behind the scenes). 💙❄️ #FrozenJr #BackstageMagic #StageManagerAppreciation #TheatreFamily
Hello, Spring 🌸☀️ The first day of spring is here and you can feel the happiness in the air! Smiles are brighter, laughter is louder, and nothing beats seeing our students outside soaking up the sunshine and just being kids 💛💙 Here’s to fresh air, happy hearts, and all the fun this new season brings!
Throughout the year, each of our grade levels are able to attend a weekday mass at St. James Parish. Today our grades one were bussed over and were able to stay afterwards where Father Vijay took some extra time to show the students all around the altar area and teach them about the elements of the mass. We love it when we can continue to learn more about mass and deepen our faith. Thanks for all you do Father Vijay!
Our Lost & Found is officially saying bye bye bye 👋 After tonight’s interviews, anything left behind is hitting the runway .... and trust us, our teachers understood the assignment 💃 From mystery hoodies to “is this yours?” water bottles, it was a full fashion show moment 🎤😎 If you recognize something… you might wanna come claim it before it’s gone, gone, gone 😅 #LostAndFound #byebyebye
ÉGSS French Immersion students were blessed to have a visit today from French students at HTA! HTA students plan and ran activities in math, physical education and art. We are so happy we had the opportunity to collaborate with students in older grades of the Christ the Redeemer French program!
Happy Saint Patrick's Day 🍀💚

Here are some pictures from the crowd at yesterday’s staff-student hockey game. The students in the stands cheering everyone on had just as much fun as the students who were playing on the ice.

Pink Shirt Day is always a beautiful reminder of the power of kindness, but here at Good Shepherd kindness isn’t just something we celebrate for one day… it’s something we live every single day. 💗 Our classrooms, hallways, and playgrounds are filled with students who lift each other up, include one another, and choose compassion in both the big moments and the small ones. We are so incredibly blessed to be part of a community that supports, encourages, and truly cares for one another. Here, every child belongs. Every voice matters. And every day is another opportunity to show respect, empathy, and friendship. Because at our school, kindness is more than a message, it’s who we are. And no matter the day, we all have a friend in each other. 💕 @ctrcatholic #PinkShirtDay #ChooseKindness #BetterTogether
This week, our 6AD students partnered with McWane Canada for Pink Week of Kindness. Students created bilingual anti-bullying messages and stood together to spread compassion, courage, and inclusion in our school community. 💕
Everyone came together to create a great experience for our students today. In lieu of our missed Shrove Tuesday meal from last week, we still had a pancake lunch today hosted by our amazing parent council. Kudos also goes out to the Knights of Columbus for cooking all the pancakes and sausages and a local company, The British Banger Company, for donating over 1300 sausages! A huge thank you to everyone for making this possible.
