Cross your fingers for nice weather! This coming Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. our School Council will be hosting a Back to School Family BBQ here at the school.

We invite everyone to join us this Thursday for our beginning of the year mass at St. James Parish beginning at 10:00 a.m. As this will require busing, please remember to login to your school cash

First bus of the year has rolled into the parking lot! Seeing all the kids coming out with big smiles on their faces, all excited to get started totally validates why we all chose to be teachers.

What a last day!!! Mr. Lendvay and the teachers threw a dance party for the classes in the gym to celebrate. So much joy and fun! Here is a look into the grade K-2 dance party!

The grade sixes had an amazing first day out at SABC. Between gaga ball, lazertag, the climbing wall and the giant swing (along with a ton of other activities) the enthusiasm was super high.

Mrs. Harding seems to be quite a trusting soul… (she claims “this is the water fountain at the Telus Spark Science Centre”.). I think I might have just stayed thirsty!

When our grade threes got back from the Telus Spark Science Centre today we asked them if they had a good day or a great day? They responded that they had an amazing day!

We definitely have some future comedians, dancers, gymnasts and musicians in our grades 1 to 3 classes. This afternoon was our division one talent show and they did not fail to impress!

As a part of National Indigenous Peoples Day, Mrs. Harding's grade three class made talking sticks outside and discussed the significance in the indigenous culture in Canada.
