Reminder of Parent Council tomorrow night and the Kathy Collins Presentation. Kathy is spending the week with us working with our teachers and students right inside the classroom on reading interventions and strategies. She presents at conferences and works in schools all over the world to support teachers in developing high-quality, effective literacy instruction in the elementary school grades. She is amazing! You won't want to miss her expert tips on helping our kids read at home!

Another tight game between the grade six students and staff today at the Rec Centre. It came right down to the wire with the teachers squeaking out a close win. Everyone had a lot of fun!

The stands were rocking this afternoon as everyone chose sides in the big students vs teachers hockey game. Talk about school spirit, it was amazing!

Thank you Wheelchair Sports Alberta for coming to École Good Shepherd! Students were very lucky to experience playing a variety of sports in Phys. Ed class throughout last week! Thank you to Mr. Lendvay for setting this up and making it happen 🙏🏼 #egsssports
